More than an office: Pavilion Pop Up at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue

Pavilion Pop Up Art Exhibit Featured in the Chevy Chase Pavilion Building

At The Offices at Chevy Chase Pavilion, we believe great buildings do more than provide workspace; They create experiences.

Last month, Chevy Chase Pavilion welcomed A Distinct Terroir, an art exhibition presented by Transformer in partnership with the Friendship Heights Alliance and hosted within the Pavilion Pop-Up space adjacent to our office lobby. Running from February 28 through May 20, 2026, the exhibit transformed the space into a destination for creativity and community, featuring local DMV artists and programming that brought visitors together through art and shared experiences. Their artwork was not only featured in the Pavilion Pop Up space, but also across our newly renovated lobby walls, bringing in life and community into our office space.

The activation received recognition beyond the building itself, earning coverage in Bethesda Magazine as part of Friendship Heights’ growing creative and cultural momentum—highlighting the Pavilion Pop-Up as a new outlet for art and community in the neighborhood.

Experiences like this reflect what makes Chevy Chase Pavilion unique: an environment that extends beyond the office and supports connection, culture, and everyday discovery. Through thoughtful programming, neighborhood retail, and a vibrant mixed-use environment, the building continues to evolve as an active place where people want to spend time—not just work.
